Obituary:

CLEAR FORK — Allie Cook, 98, departed this life Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at home following a long illness.

Born Sept. 11, 1911, in Baileysville, she was the daughter of the late Floyd C. and Roxie Toler Graham.
Mrs. Cook was the last survivor of her immediate family; a wonderful wife and mother, always a very hard worker and enjoyed flowers.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Curtis Cook; four brothers, Dennis, Alfred, Herbert and Willard Graham; and a grandson, Michael Cook.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sons, Jack D. Cook of Clear Fork, and William C. Cook and wife Christina of San Antonio, TX; a daughter with whom she made her home, Jill Burchette and husband, Edward “Chub,” of Clear Fork; two grandchildren, David K. Burchette of Clear Fork and Jennifer Sacchetti and husband, Mark, of Wyco, TX; two special nieces, Reina Mae Kelly of VA, and Mary Sue Rosener of Oregon; two nephews who visited her and sent her cards, Mickey Graham and wife, Betty, of TX, and Billy Graham of Oak Hill; several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, at Roselawn Cemetery, Princeton, WV, with Rev. Orville Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Dr. Joshy Abraham for the great care given to their mother.
